Sacred 2: Fallen Angel

Weird game I got for free because Jake Strout, Alex and I went to a LAN in a big arena in Worcester that they sponsored. The highlights of that were that I spent the entire time trying to get Spore working and couldn't because I had a Xbox 360 wireless controller adapter plugged in that prevented the PC from starting. LOL classic. They also had a raffle for gear. Everyone pretty much left before the raffle. So they had a shit ton of stuff to give away and not that many people. So I'm sitting there watching people win like graphics cards and multiple prizes and I got shit. The last prize goes up and it's a laptop and they fuckin' called my name. All in all it was an alright laptop. My first one. My parents were the most stoked because they didn't need to buy me one for college lol. No idea where that thing is.

Anyway the game was like Diablo but more open world? But with legit ZERO explanation for how any of the systems work. I remember wandering off and getting my ass trouncned by enemies. Apparently there was a deep complicated system but without explanation I bounced off immediately.

Apparently people like it on Steam. It's tempting to give a go.

Looking at the dates for that LAN it looks like we actually got the game before it came out. Pretty cool. But yeah not a great game.
