Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars
Review

I went in with such high hopes after hearing great things about the unique set of minigames for the DS plus the drug dealing portion of the game. Excited, I got myself a physical copy and hunkered down with my stylus and touch screen but lord playing an old-school GTA with their dated-ass save and mission systems in 2024 is just too much. I played for a couple hours and even in those early missions you'd make a small mistake due to the clunky camera and controls like throwing a molotov cocktail at the wrong angle and roast yourself causing the entire mission to have to be restarted. Bummer cause the sound of starting a drug empire sounded fun as hell.
I think it's just one of those "You had to play it then" type of games. Remind me to never to replay GTA 3/Vice City/San Andreas and let them stay locked in my memory away as gems.
