Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom

Ni No Kuni + simulation of running a kingdom? Sign me up. This was a very fun game. It got a little long in the tooth, as most of these games do after a while but I still enjoyed it. I do wish there was a bit more to the kingdom running thing and customization with weapons and stuff. I also don't remember the combat being particularly great. Though it was certainly better than the original.
